I hate this sentence:
"Google's status in the ranking is also due to its aggressive use of invasive or potentially invasive technologies and techniques."

I see this sort of thing all the time. People worried about what others could theoretically do if they were so inclined. There isn't any evidence that Google actually intends to invade your privacy. It's just that their really bad ass software makes them capable. The natural conclusion is that they should be drawn and quartered.
Idiots give me heartburn.
